Model Tri Counts - Textures Sets

All modeling was completed in Maya. This is a sample Timelapse of the full 30 hour one further below â–¼

RizomUV - I made 3 Texture Sets for the base model of the Leg Press.

Maya - UV Sets. The leg Press has 3 sets and the Olympic plates have 2 sets.

Photoshop - I created and/or edited labels, and produced a range of images for the project and its breakdowns.

Bridge - Here are all the labels that were made for this project.

Marmoset Toolbag - I baked some initial maps for each texture set that I used in addition to the bake in Substance 3D Painter.

Substance 3D Painter - I did all of my texturing and primary mesh bakes here.

Audition - I recorder Foley from the Gym with my cellphone. I took the RAW video, converted it to Wave PCM format, and processed several iterations of Noise Reduction passes.

3ds Max - This is how I animated the Camera Pans for the sequence. The camera was then imported into Marmoset Toolbag for render.

*SOUND ON* Previz with SoundFX - I rigged and animated in 3ds Max.

Marmoset Toolbag - I setup several scenes, imported my models, and animated cameras. I rendered on Two PC's. My main with a 4080 and secondary with a 3080Ti.

Marmoset Toolbag - I setup a scene to Fake a Z-Depth pass by blacking out my objects and using an exponential fog. I animated the distance to the appropriate depth. This was used in post to make a DOF effect.

Render Folder - I rendered a total of 11,015 frames totaling 110GB

Premiere - I recorded several days of me working into timelapses videos. These videos were compiled together with background music.

After Effects - I made several comps to support each video I made. Some consist of many nested comps I used to individually control effects such as Camera Lens Blur, which was used to control and animate a DOF effect.

Media Encoder - This is the final step of the process. Once each Composition was completed, I encoded them with HEVC (H.265) format with custom settings for the final output .MP4

PureRef - I reference gathered in person at my local gym over several days.

Video Ref - I took several videos of the equipment as well as watching the official YouTube video of the Matrix Magnum 45-Degree Leg Press in action.

Website Ref - The official website shows the newer variation of the same model number but I was able to find the correct dimensions for my variation on another vendors website.
